INTERIM MINISTRY - P001151

Purpose of the course:

Interim Ministry deals with the support and accompaniment of congregations when their pastor departs. During the period of vacancy, the congregation should be supported to understand that the previous ministry period has come to an end. The period of vacancy is also a time to rediscover the congregation’s identity and to prepare for a new period in the congregation’s history. In this course pastors are trained to act as bridging ministers who are able to support congregations during the interim period.
